Tennis Players,
In 3 short weeks, we will again host this prestigious Senior Men’s event. We’re expecting nearly 300 players from around the globe, many of which are USTA Nationally and ITF World ranked in their respective age groups.
We are currently preparing courts, as well as the facility to host the players.
The tournament starts Monday, Feb 24th, and should conclude (barring weather) on Saturday, Mar 1st...We will only use Sunday, Mar 2nd, in the event of any inclement weather during the week.
There are volunteer opportunities, housing opportunities, along with sponsorship opportunities, please email me should you want to help, or sponsor, or even house a player.

Tennis Players,
As many of you know, the unprecedented hurricane season late last year took down 14 light standards, as well as levied severe damages to our tennis courts, and a few cabana structures.
Fortunately, we were able to get our courts up and playing, but the lighting is another issue. We have adjusted the facility hours to get as many people out to play, but evening play, lessons/clinics are only available until sundown.
The City of St Petersburg has agreed to help us get our lighting issues resolved, and they hired a contractor, and even began the arduous task of replacement; and in the process of prepping the current bases to receive the new poles, they found cracks in the bases. They will NOT erect new light standards on the broken bases!!
Now, the added expense of replacing the bases must get City Council's approval...and this is where we stand.
We will continue to update you, as to where we are in this project.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding!! ... See MoreSee Less

Thanks for the good communication.
Good to know. Is there anything we, as members, can do to help get the City Councils approval??
Good communication. Treasure Bay take note.
