Saturday 2nd Session (USTA 4.0+) w/ Katie 🔥🔥 – 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Thursday Evening (USTA 3.5+) w/ Gene 🔥🔥 – 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Cardio Tennis is a fun, social activity that provides a great workout! The focus of Cardio Tennis is more about getting a great, high-energy workout than focusing on pure technique.
This is an adult program designed for players age 18 and over.
Very little is needed! Just like private lessons, we recommend…
◆ Clay court safe shoes
◆ Racquet (if no racquet is owned, demos are available to use!)
◆ Water, or a water bottle, as water refills are available on the court.
◆ Heartrate monitors and step counters are not required, but are recommended. They can be a fun way to track progress during the sessions!
These sessions tend to be very fast paced, and contain all sorts of activities, however the average cardio looks like this…
◆ 5-10 minute warm-up
◆ 30-50 minutes of Cardio Tennis utilizing a range of both drill and play-based activities.
◆ 5-10 minute cooldown period
